Student Conservation AssociationSCA, the nation’s largest provider of year-round environmental conservation service opportunities, outdoor education and leadership training for youth and young adults is currently accepting applications from Jewish high school students for our Kosher Conservation Crews. Jewish teenagers from around the country join together for this unique 30-day outdoor volunteer opportunity. During the program, all food will be kosher vegetarian and work, rest and travel days are scheduled so that Shabbat can be observed. Jewish high-school students and 2007 graduates (ages 15-19) who are looking to make a difference in the world and are interested in a tuition-free outdoor volunteer experience can apply today by contacting Rachel Lettre, High School Program Manager at SCA, 703-524-2441 or rlettre@thesca.org.
