Community Investment Program. At Timberland, we
believe in strengthening communities through service. We’re passionate about
giving our time to help our neighbors, but we realize sometimes that time isn’t
what’s most needed. Sometimes, we’re best able to support the vital work of our
strategic partners through monetary investments and product donations. In this
way, innovative community service programs and financial investment work in
concert to assist our community partners as they strive to strengthen our
communities. With other organizations, the day-to-day hands-on investment of
individual employees’ volunteer work is supported by targeted financial and
product investments. If you feel your organization may be able to benefit from
Timberland’s Community Investment program, we invite you to read though our giving
guidelines carefully and submit an application. Click

Serv-a-palooza is Timberland's premiere showcase of
employee leadership and civic entrepreneurship. In 27 countries, hundreds of
team members dedicate time, passion and skills to serve as Site Directors and
Project Coordinators. Their efforts endure around the world, including at the
Sabana Iglesia Elementary School in Santiago, Dominican Republic, where 195
volunteers landscaped, renovated a playground and installed lighting and fans,
and at the Fei Sha Elementary School in Zhuhai, China which was landscaped and
painted by over 200 employees and guests.
